Precocking proof of concept

Near instant trigger response with 18:1 gears and a 7.4v lipo.

 I know I'm probably not the first to do this, but this is how I did it.

SHS M4 receiver review

Yeah, SHS makes M4 receivers. I didn't know until recently either.

This receiver is available from ak2m4.co.uk for £40. It comes packaged in a simple cardboard box with a sheet of dense foam on either side. Nothing fancy, but definitely enough to protect the thing.

VSR wrench

For those of you who have access to 3D printers, here's a design for a VSR wrench. Needs two M3 screws. Could probably laser cut it too, I guess.   

Would recommend painting with ABS slurry (if printing in ABS) or the layers may de-laminate when used on tightly fitting cylinder heads.

G36KV stock cheek riser

Looks good, but it has actually been very uncomfortable to shoot ever since I put the scope on it because the stock cheek rest isn't high enough. Here's my solution:

HFC VSR stock performance review

There's just something more satisfying about shooting bolt actions compared to automatics. One of these is the HFC VSR. Is it a very good gun? Not really.
